Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Nillalux, we're committed to making sure your order arrives smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know:


🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Timelines


Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.

Note: Shipping times may be affected by weather, customs, high demand, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order: Email us within 24 hours at support@nillalux.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."

  • Wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After shipping, address changes can't be made.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.


💥 Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, email support@nillalux.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
