❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

To cancel an order: Email us within 24 hours at support@nillalux.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After shipping, address changes can't be made.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
💥 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, email support@nillalux.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
